With our Reliability Rewards Scheme, drivers who meet specific criteria (such as maintaining high customer ratings, completing a set number of trips without cancellations, and demonstrating punctuality) will see their commission rates decrease. As your performance improves, you keep a larger share of each fare, rewarding your commitment to providing outstanding service.

Example:

  • After completion of 500 of fares of consistent performance, reduce to: 18%
  • For example for £1000 you will pay to us £180, so you take home: £880
  • After completion of another 500 of fares of consistent performance, reduce to: 15%
  • For example for £1000 you will pay to us £150, so you take home: £850
  • After 1500 fares of exceptional reliability: 12%
  • For example for £1000 you will pay to us £120, so you take home: £880
  • After 2000 fares of exceptional reliability: 9%
  • For example for £1000 you will pay to us £90, so you take home: £910
  • After 3000 fares of exceptional reliability: 6%
  • For example for £1000 you will pay to us £60, so you take home: £940
